Dana’s journey in the beauty industry began with a deep-rooted passion for makeup and skincare that blossomed early in life. After formal training at Monmouth County Vocational School and the Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics in New York City, Dana developed a strong foundation in both skincare and makeup artistry. She continued her education throughout the years, always embracing the latest innovations in techniques and technology.

Since joining Avanti Day Resort in 1997, Dana quickly became known for her precision, artistry, and warm, client-centered approach. Her facials, laser treatments, makeup application, and especially her expert eyebrow shaping earned her a loyal following and the affectionate title of “Michelangelo of eyebrows.”

Today, Dana devotes herself fully to her role as Spa Director, where she leads with the same attention to detail and passion that defined her hands-on work. She oversees spa operations, mentors service providers, curates treatment offerings, and ensures the highest standards of service, luxury, and professionalism are upheld across every guest interaction. Her deep understanding of both the technical and emotional aspects of spa services makes her a powerful advocate for both the client experience and the development of her team.
