Penny has been in the beauty industry since 1989. She is experienced and certified in all types of nail enhancements such as Acrylic, LCN Gels and Wraps. She also specializes in a wide variety of specialty manicures and pedicures, especially gel polish and nail art. Penny has spent many of her Avanti years attending intense training courses so that she is always on top of the newest styles and trends in nail care. She loves meeting new clients.
